SCID Newborn Screening now in 39 states and Puerto Rico
On April 1, 2016 Maryland began screening for SCID, on May 1, 2016 Kentucky started and in June 2016 Georgia officially began screening all babies for SCID
North Dakota will begin screening on July 1, 2016
Puerto Rico began screening for SCID at the beginning of March 2016
States currently screening: Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, District of Columbia, Navajo Nation, Puerto Rico, and Ontario Canada
